Online Booking & Policies

Please call the salon to speak with our Salon Coordinator if you are interested in booking color services. We offer complimentary consultations for all of our services.

Our Policy:

A deposit is required in order to book any service(s) over one hour in length, whether booking online or over the phone with our Salon Coordinator. Deposits will be applied to the services that are booked during your consultation. We value our stylists’ time and this helps to ensure they’re being compensated fairly.

Every client is important to us, and we understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves.

As a result, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to give 48-hour notice or no-show for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.

Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. Please call our Salon Coordinator at (215) 567-4790 if you know you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, so we can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment.

We accept cash and all major credit cards for hair services, but accept cash gratuities only.
